What led me to compile a list of the best Amazon must haves? Continue reading to find out.
Spring of 2020 has been unlike any other. We’ve been couped up at home and quarantined week after week. We are all waiting for the day when we are allowed to go outside or enjoy a cocktail with friends and family at a local bar.
What a glorious day that will be.
Who would have thought we’d live through a ‘once in a lifetime’ pandemic?! My heart goes out to the families who have lost loved ones fighting COVID 19.
While being stuck at home with no stores to physically shop at, I’ve used Amazon more frequently than I have before. It might not help that I have completely redecorated our home not even 1 year after moving in. Being home 24/7, you begin to notice all the little things and you come up with simple yet ridiculous DIYs to give your home a new look.
You want to feel happy and comfortable at home.
Let’s face it, you’ve run out of things to do. You completed 3 puzzles, binged watched Tiger King, reorganized your closet and finally completed that project you started 6 months ago.
It’s Time To Shop
Like I mentioned, quarantine made me redecorate my home. When we first moved in 11 months ago, we did not have a vision of what we wanted. We purchased things just to fill in the space without really having a ‘style’ in mind. Ever since we began bringing houseplants into our home, we loved the way it naturally gave us a boho feel. With that being said, I turned to Amazon to find the best room accessories and decor to brighten up our home and give us that ‘modern boho’ look.

Although I love World Market, Anthro and Urban for boho home decor, I was not interested in spending double the amount of money for something that will take a month to be delivered.
Amazon was the answer.

More plants means more pots. We bought this perfect planter pot to display our Golden Pothos. The stand is an added bonus to change up the height. $34.99

Update: Here are similar succulent plant pots due to unavailability of set above.
Before we purchased these, I had some dark grey and white (boring) curtains that made our living area feel dark and closed off. These curtains have brightened up our home by allowing filtered light through! $34.99
nuLOOM rugs are the best. I love that you can get the same print in multiple different sizes to keep a uniformed look throughout your space. $55.63
We have a Ponytail Palm that requires a shallow but round planter pot. I had a hard time finding the perfect pot, but of course, Amazon has the best finds. A bit more money than I would have preferred, but this pot has made our palm one happy guy. $31.99
Because of my obsession with houseplants, I knew I needed to get myself a book for reference. Not only have I learned a tremendous amount from this book, but it also acts as an amazing decorative piece. This book has a lot of useful information about the general care of plants and looks great displayed upon a coffee table or console table. $22.99
